Where are your products made?

Our products are made here in the USA using thoughtfully sourced global materials.

What is your company doing for sustainability?

At Prospect Pet, the goal of sustainability is central to our product and packaging decisions. We take several meaningful steps to reduce our environmental impact, including:

  • Thoughtfully Sourced Packaging: We use aluminum bottles and glass jars wherever possible, which are infinitely recyclable and reduce plastic waste.
  • FSC Certified Cartons: Our unit cartons are made from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified paper, ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests.
  • Thoughtfully Sourced Ingredients: We prioritize ingredients that are better for the planet. For example, we use GlucosaGreen®, a plant-based glucosamine that is shellfish free and produces significantly less solid waste compared to traditional shellfish-derived options

What is the Clean and ConsciousTM promise?

Do these products contain anything my dog would be allergic to?

All of our products follow our Clean List, which means they are made without fillers or common allergens such as shellfish, grain, gluten, dairy or soy.   If your dog has other allergies, we always recommend consulting with your veterinarian before starting any new supplements, just to be sure!

Can these products be used with other supplements or prescription medication?


Please check with your veterinarian before combining Prospect Pet products with medications or other supplements, especially if your dog is under medical care.

Can I give these products to a pregnant dog?

While some of our ingredients may be beneficial for pregnant dogs, we always recommend consulting your veterinarian before using any supplements during your pet’s pregnancy.

Do I need a veterinarian to help me use these products?

Our products are extensively 3rd party tested to ensure they are safe to use at home at the dosages recommended.   Of course, you should always consult with your veterinarian if you have any questions about your pet’s diet or health.

 

Shipping & Returns

How long do orders take to ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

 

How do I return an item?

We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all our products within 60-days of delivery. If you are not happy with your purchase within this time, we will refund you (minus shipping & handling) or replace your order. Contact us at 1-833-PET-WELL and we'll take care of you!
